Consolidated programming capability
The integrated technology of T9800 is inherited from the core technology HSP (High Speed Programming) of T9600, which gains an excellent reputation on the public electronic market. T9800 is equipped with 112 universal pin drivers, supporting NOR & NAND flashes in various families, MCU (Microcontroller), Logic devices (PLD,CPLD,FPGA) and other advanced devices. According to the latest benchmark released by major semi-houses, T9800 is the fastest universal programming system available, able to download large files in seconds through its USB interface.
New N4 (Gang 4 socket) Adaptor enhances programming throughput by 4 times
The 4-site N4 adapter was designed to program 4 NAND Flash at a time. Besides the slash in programming time, its isolated circuitries for each socket enable independent Bad Block management for each device, which ensures the highest yields as well as the highest programming reliability.
Supports Asynchronous Modular Operation
In light of the devices feature, T9800 module has designed various types of 4-site socket boards to enhance the performance of the devices programming (such as G4, SG4, N4, G4E Socket Boards).
Furthermore, T9800 supports multi modules linkable through USB communication, which leads the production line to become a real asynchronous operation system, completely avoiding device programming interruptions when fail messages occur, reducing the operation standby time when the operator chooses device from programming sites. Such benefits increase the operating efficiency and ease of control for production quality. To meet your programming requirements, up to 20 units of T9800 modules can be connected to build up a powerful production line.
Additionally, one of the advantages is that any of the connected T9800 modules can be disconnected from the production line by R&D or FAE engineers at any time and does not affect performance of the other connected modules, which ensures that the production line will not be interrupted on temporary check or maintenance purposes.
Comprehensive Software Interface
A comprehensive software interface is installed in T9800 software to ensure the high programming reliability, such as TASK management, software version trace, multiple error proofing settings and operator authority-limitation settings.
In addition, T9800 provides you with detailed statistics report for operators or management to understand the production status at any time. The product control managers are easily to manage the output statistics report through such editors as Excel or Access in order to set up a complete database for future reference.
Full Hardware and Software Backward Compatibility with T9600.
T9800 is fully compatible with all the existing socket adapters and algorithms on T9600. Users never have to worry that their former investment in the T9600's socket adaptors cannot be used on T9800 or the original software settings have to be re-created on their data management system (for example TASK created).
