System General Announces the Relocation of Its Business Headquarters

November 10, 2004, Taipei, Taiwan - To accommodate its rapid growth, System General (SG), a leading provider of power management ICs and IC device programming instruments, announced today the relocation of its business headquarters and Power IC sales & engineering divisions. SG will begin its operation at the new facility from November 15, 2004.
Originally established to specialize in IC device programming instruments, SG has successfully expanded its business model to incorporate power IC design. Currently, SG is the only Taiwan IC design company that provides total solutions for AC/DC power IC products. As SG's Initial Public Offering application was approved by the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation in September, the company will soon become a publicly listed company.
