System General Announces Programming Support for Intel's Bulverde Processor

May 5, 2004, Taipei, Taiwan - System General, a leading provider of device programming instruments, today announced that its Universal Programming System series now supports the new generation of Intel processors for wireless devices, code-named ¡§Bulverde¡¨.

System General's Universal Programming Series, which includes the T9600, AP6000, and AP520, is widely regarded as the de facto industry standard in the processor programming and burning field.
The Bulverde processor is based on the Intel® XScale® technology, and it is a key component of the Intel® Personal Internet Client Architecture (Intel® PCA). The processor adds several features that enable wireless devices to capture high quality picture, extend battery life, and deliver fast multimedia performance. The Bulverde processor is widely uses in cell phones, PDAs, and other wireless devices.
System General was the first programmer company to pioneer High-Speed Programming (HSP) technology for flash memory. With ultra-fast programming algorithms and a USB interface, System General will continue to provide low-cost and efficient solutions.
