– 針對美商Power
Integrations（US-POWI；包爾英特）於美國時間週一（28日）對外發佈新聞稿表示其已向美國聯邦地方法院提出告訴，指控台灣崇貿科技部分電源IC產品侵犯其專利一事，崇貿科技提出了嚴正聲明，駁斥Power
Integrations之不實指控。
崇貿科技執行長楊大勇指出，該公司向來尊重智慧財產權，其所研發行銷之各項電源IC產品，均具備自有的專利權保護，絕無侵犯其他公司智財權之可能。截至目前，崇貿科技已在全球各地取得三十八個專利權，其中包括二十三個美國專利，而已送件處理中的專利數也超過二十件。
針對Power
Integrations之不實指控，崇貿科技已與其律師事務所研擬一下步的動作，並將採取相對應的法律程序。
